Help clients get back into mainstream - Birth Certificates,
Identification Cards, Drivers Licenses, Professional
Licenses, GED testing, School Funding, Job Skills and
Training to drug free clients. Free showers and laundry.
Meals
Serving hot meals six days a week. (Average of 80 - 100
lunches a day). We also provide clients with coffee and
donuts Monday - Friday.
Crisis Pantry
Distributing over 4 tons of groceries to low/no income
families monthly (over 1,400 clients registered).
Children
Provide back to school support - backpacks complete
with grade appropriate school supplies and tennis shoes
to over 300 dependent children.
Prescription Medications
Assist with medications for clients in 78418 zip code who are drug free. Limited to meds that have no street value.
Health Care
Providing monthly eye clinics, complete with eye
exams and glasses.
In April 2009 we opened the WilliamAllen Dental Clinic on our premises. Services include extractions, fillings, xrays and cleaning to low income/ non insured clients from throughout the area. Dental patients are asked to be at Timon's by 7:15 Friday mornings and will be evaluated thru health screens, drug tests and level of trauma.
Timon's provides free family medicine to non insured, low income patients. Staffed with a volunteer board certified MD on Tuesdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and Fridays (7:30 AM - 1:00 PM).
